I have always been passionate about the alchemy of ingredients and the creation of new dishes. It was growing up that I realized my gift for cooking and hospitality and decided to make it my career. I have acquired a lot of skills in various fields related to the design and realization of culinary projects and I continue my quest for knowledge by discovering new avenues of gastronomy around the world.
